I understand that ideeli is a business and any business' main focus is to increase profits. But sharing this website with one of my friend's is the last thing I want to do, for the simple fact of how good it is!
It might be just me, but if I'm getting a good find, I centainly don't want everyone on facebook to have that same good find, because then it's not so good, now is it?

i can't believe i placed the order on on 12/4 and i just tracked the shipment and found out it won't be delivered until 12/28.
this is ridiculous.
i'm leaving town on 12/26 and was so sure i could have the shipment before then.
which company would take over 3 weeks to complete an order????
i would never ever buy from you again.

I've been sending emails to ideeli's customer service and getting NO response!!! I've got a wrong item in my last shipment, I ordered a cardigan and got a completely different looking sweater!!!! I ordered two dresses, which were eligible for a return at the time I ordered it. Your policy says that if the item is eligible for a return, it has to be initiated during the 14 days after the item been shipped. My dresses were shipped to me on the 17th of February I got them on the 22nd of February. I tried to initiate a return on the same day I got them (22nd of Feb.) and it says that they are no longer eligible!! How is that possible?? is there 14 days between 17th and the 22nd of February????!!!!! I am going to file a complaint with a BBB in NY because NONE of my emails concerning this issue have been answered. I wrote 4 emails, and all of them are being ignored!!! And how long does it take to process a return??? Out of everything that Ive ordered from this company I've only returned one item, and that was two weeks ago!! You really need to do something about this. The worst customer service ever!!
