I got the email about cerruti and i am a first row member. so why does cerruti at 11:25 a.m. not even come up on my screen ???What's up with this??

I haven't been having any issues -- I'm getting e-mails in plenty of time.


 


I do wonder if anyone remembers the name of the designer that was up a week or so ago who had those wonderful planners.  They were silver or gold leather -- I didn't get to the biddingin time so I'm thinking I'll just go on their website. 


 


Anyone know??

What a crock these giveaways are. I get home from work and they are over, sorry , I did'nt win it says. Well ..no wonder when I can't even enter because apparently if you work for a living you are ineligible. I am going to unsubscribe now. What a joke !!

The planners were Barbara Wiggins- London. I purchased a silver and a gold (a gift) and both are nice. 


Did anyone purchase any of the M2 jewelry? I bought the paisley necklace. The chain has hollow links... I'm a bit disappointed and was curious if anyone one else had any thoughts on the subject.

I placed an order for a cerruti magnifying glass - received an email stating that my order could not be completed...then received a "shipping confirmation" the following day.  Yesterday, I received the order - but was a cerruti letter opener with an invoice enclosed for the magnifying glass.  Have tried calling Idelli twice yesterday, sent an email to customer service.  Have called twice today (Dec. 23) and sent emails again - but have received NO RESPONSE.  Does anyone have an alternate phone or email contact other than what is listed?

I contact the Better Business Bearu immediatll if I where you Cheryl. I just came he but I'm leaving, after reading a no reurn policy unless defective...no way thats too shady for me.

I have NEVER received an email update on an auction.  It can't be that difficult.  If I don't receive them before my 1st Row membership is up for renewal this month, I will be cancelling.


I take that back, when I have tried to contact idelli about this, I receive an auto reply.... but no follow up.

Hello - Cheryl from Tampa again.  It's now Dec. 29th - I phoned 3 times and emailed 5 times last week - and never received a single reply regarding my botched order.  If I don't receive a reply by Friday, Jan. 2 - I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let you all know.  It's one thing to have a "no returns" policy - but completely another when you purchase 1 item - they send you something else - and then won't respond to your repeated attempts to contact.

Cheryl-

Ideeli gets their products directly from the company. If I were you I would contact them and see if they will exchange the item for you for no additional charge. I think they would, considering this experience has probably soured you from their brand as well. It would be bad customer service and marketing otherwise.

I have never had a problem with Ideeli, but please do keep us updated.

After reading several blogs from different headings, I have decided that this site is not essential or beneficial to me and I am dropping it.  Don't neede the headaches.  That's for all your postings that helped me make my final decision.

I have not received emails in a long time and when I try to report it on the contacts page...it will not send it.  How can I recommend this site to others when it does not work and you cannot contact anyone to fix it.

What I find wierd is that as soon as a "sale" goes live `1/2 the merch is already "sold out"??  So is the "deal" that you have to pay to upgrade to reserve the good stuff, and if you don't then you just keep getting spammed and when you come to check then everything is "sold out" .....if the site is pay for play, they should just be upfront. like the Billion Dollar Babes, and say, pay xxyyzz or skip it.
